Ich habe lange überlegt, ob ich diese Seite mit in den Index nehme.
Sind die meisten Fratzenschneider doch mehr oder weniger lustig, so ist diese Seite beklemmend. Von September 2003 bis Februar 2006 fotografiert ein Sohn seinen Vater. Freude, Krankheit, Elend, Spaß wechseln sich ab. Verstörend und bewegend.

Keith and his version of a community style daily picture project. The meme is the same but the purpose and the community are totally different than Daily Fratze.

A big and successful social network, that has the usual flaws of real big networks: Friends are inflationary.

This ones similar to “Digital Papas”. A son accompanies his father in his last years after his mother died. The man doesn’t remember this death as his short term memory is gone.

I like how Phillip portrais his father and how he describes the pictures with very personal words. It’s a great way of remembering and sharing that love and i once again wish i had this time with my dad who had gone long before his time.

The rules are simple: I put the self-timer on 2 seconds, push the button and try to get as far from the camera as I can.

A portrait of an 85+ old ex-body builder who has achieved some kind of mental and personal freedom that not many people do. Although i personally do not find any of the pics offending, be aware that some images are explicit.
