Silly Joey thinks he’s my cat but he belongs to another girl who lives in our flat. He’s probably just hanging around me because I’m home all the time lately. He’s so lovable!!

We went to the beach today to get some paua for our BBQ tomorrow. My husband and his friend were able to get 28 of them, yay!

The haul of paua! I think they look gross but apparently when you clean them up and turn them into paua fritters they’re great! I’ll give it a try tomorrow!

I would like you to all meet Joey, the cat who lives in our flat with us. He does not belong to us – he belongs to another girl who lives here – but he is our buddy too now. We had to leave our cat in New York when I moved to New Zealand and Joey has been filling my cat void for the time being until our cat gets all his shots to be able to come over to New Zealand.

I am really bad with my uploads but things have been so hectic since I have moved overseas. I am hoping to stay more consistent with my photos as things settle down.

Also what is up with this little piece of hair that will not stay where I put it?
